That's 3.3× as big as a studio flat, while a tennis court is 2.6× bigger. As a square plot, that is 10 m on each side.
What it means
How big is that?
Reference areas are typical values. A football pitch varies by stadium; this uses 105 × 68 m.

Three things worth knowing
-
Acres and football pitches
An acre is about 4,047 m², roughly 60% of a football pitch. A hectare is 10,000 m², so 2.47 acres, or about one and a half pitches.
-
An acre was a day of ploughing
The acre was the land one man with one ox could plough in a day: a furlong long and a chain wide. That is why it is a strip shape rather than a square.
-
Square meters, not meters squared
A room 10 m × 10 m is 100 square meters, not “10 meters squared”, which would be 10 m on each side. Getting them mixed up changes a quote tenfold.

Background
About area units
Area units are length units squared, which is why the numbers jump so fast: doubling a room’s sides makes it four times the floor. A square meter is small, a hectare is 10,000 of them, and a square kilometer is 100 hectares.
On the imperial side, an acre is 43,560 square feet, and 640 acres make a square mile.
